15% wow that's crazy, this waste will be two years ago.

Although it is 2 years, I think you should a little research, since the industry trend and fundamental analysis.

In today's economy, nothing is certain, apart from blue-chip companies. While Citigroup has problems with fulfilling their obligations, so you never know.

If a link is an agreement to sell 15%, is a lie - regardless of your credit score. Recent events have shown that the rating services "garbage" itself.
