His muscles hurt because they do not get enough protein to build (and protein helps maintain muscle mass and reduce pain and muscle aches), are a good source of protein chicken (skinless), Turkey, lean meat or pork, eggs, milk, tuna and salmon, tofu, beans, lentils, seeds and nuts.

You should take your daughter, her pediatrician for a medical examination before any further changes. He / she should solve medical problems and to offer advice and information sources that are suitable for a child.

She was only 9 years old. I think he makes more than he should. 3 days with swimming, 3 days of Tae Kwon Do, 1 on figure skating? 6 days without or relax your muscles. I believe that you are wrong more than they benefit. Protection of children active is quite good, but the work is not. Not only that, but it's also more food, as is a vegetarian. Chicken? Fish? But if you really think your daughter is very good with the schedule you have, and the doctor said she was doing very well , very good.

At 90 pounds in 9 years you should not worry. It could be the baby fat to grow outside can penetrate. If you really feel something wrong, why do not you go see a doctor? The problems of the legs could be something else, like Osgood sclatters that leave many people.
